Open Arms Consulting (“Open Arms,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a small AI-powered marketing consultancy based in Georgia, USA. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through openarmsconsult.com (the “Site”) and our internal tools, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Contact information: when you use our contact form or email us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, business name, and message.

Usage data: we use standard analytics (Google Analytics) to understand Site traffic, such as pages visited, approximate location, device type, and referral source. This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you.

Client project information: when you engage us for services, we collect the business information needed to deliver the work (brand assets, business details, and marketing goals).

We operate PostPilot by Open Arms Consulting (“PostPilot”), a social media scheduling tool that schedules and publishes marketing content to social media accounts on platforms including TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. We use PostPilot for Open Arms Consulting's own accounts and offer it to Open Arms Consulting clients, who can sign in and connect their own social media accounts.

PostPilot connects to social media accounts using each platform's official APIs. When an account is connected, we store the access tokens the platform issues, encrypted at rest, and use them solely to publish and manage the content scheduled through PostPilot for that account. PostPilot accesses only the profile information a platform provides for a connected account (such as display name and avatar) and the content published through it. We do not access, collect, or store personal data of other platform users, and we do not sell platform data.

On TikTok, PostPilot is registered on TikTok for Developers under the app name “PostPilot by Open Arms Consulting.” This Privacy Policy covers the PostPilot by Open Arms Consulting app.

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, deliver contracted services, improve the Site, and understand how visitors find and use it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate — such as our hosting provider (Vercel), analytics (Google), and email (Google Workspace / Gmail) — and only as needed for those purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law.

The Site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the Site remains fully functional without them.

We keep contact inquiries and client project information for as long as needed to provide services and maintain business records, and we delete or anonymize it when it is no longer required. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 10).

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure credential storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data appropriately for a business of our size.

The Site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing openarmsconsult2026@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and honor applicable legal rights, including those under state privacy laws.
